Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC) – Powder & Liquid Grades

An advanced inorganic polymer coagulant available in powder, cake, and liquid forms, PAC delivers faster and more efficient flocculation than conventional alum, maintaining performance across varying pH levels.
Overview
An advanced inorganic polymer coagulant available in powder, cake, and liquid forms, PAC delivers faster and more efficient flocculation than conventional alum, maintaining performance across varying pH levels.
1) High aluminium oxide content (≥28–30%) enables rapid, efficient flocculation. 2) Variable basicity (35–85%+) allows effective coagulation in both acidic and mildly alkaline waters. 3) Low insoluble content (<1–1.5%) reduces sludge volume and enhances treated water clarity. 4) Available in powder, cake, or liquid to suit your plant’s dosing systems and logistics.
Powder/Cake: ≥28% Al₂O₃, basicity 35–80%, insolubles ≤1.5%, pH (1% soln) 3.5–5.0 Liquid: 10–18% Al₂O₃, density 1.18–1.41 g/mL, basicity 35–80%, pH ~3–4.5 Packaging: 25 kg bags, 50 kg drums, 240 kg barrels; bulk IBCs or tankers available
1) Drinking & industrial water treatment: Removes turbidity, colloids, and organic load rapidly. 2) Wastewater treatment: Effective in dye removal, sludge dewatering, and suspended solids removal. 3) Paper & textile industry: Utilized in sizing, decolorization, and effluent clarification.
Dilute powder to 5–10% solution; dose liquid directly. Typical usage is 5–200 ppm based on turbidity—adjust with jar tests for optimal dosing.
Corrosive material—avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wear gloves and goggles. Store in a cool, dry area away from alkalis. Seal packaging after use to prevent moisture ingress.
1) High-grade PAC with consistent Al₂O₃ and basicity for reliable coagulation 2) Versatile packaging options tailored to plant needs 3) Expert technical support for jar testing and dosing systems 4) Advice on safe handling and storage protocols
