Overview
TCCA 90% is a white, free-flowing crystalline powder (C₃Cl₃N₃O₃) containing ≥90% active chlorine. It’s a strong oxidizer widely used as a disinfectant, bleaching, algicidal, and sanitizing agent in industrial and water-treatment applications
1) High available chlorine (≥90%): Delivers fast and powerful oxidation for disinfection and bleaching . 2) Slow-release chlorine: Ideal for continuous, controlled chlorination (e.g., pools, cooling systems). 3) Stable granular or tablet form: Easier and safer handling compared to liquid hypochlorite
Active chlorine: 90–92% Moisture: ≤0.5%; pH (1% soln): ~2.7–3.3 Particle size: Typically 5–8 mesh granules or tablets Packaging: 25 kg / 50 kg fiber drums or jumbo (1 MT) bags; also available as 200 g tablets
1) Industrial & municipal water disinfection: Pools, cooling towers, reservoirs, drinking water 2) Textile & pulp bleaching: Ensures strong, uniform bleaching action 3) Sanitation & deodorizing: Used in livestock farms, food processing, hospital settings Organic synthesis & chemical processes: Acts as a chlorine donor or oxidizer in specialized applications
For solution dosing: dissolve in cool water to make ~1–5% solutions—use jar tests to optimize dosage. For slow chlorination: use granules or tablets directly in dosing baskets (e.g., in pools or tower basins). Avoid mixing with acids or combustibles to prevent chlorine gas buildup
Oxidizer—can intensify fire with organics/explosives Avoid dust exposure; use PPE—gloves, goggles, dust-mask or respirator, protective clothing. Toxic if swallowed or inhaled; causes skin/eye irritation and respiratory issues
High-purity 90% active chlorine with rigorous quality control Shipped in granule, drum, or tablet formats to suit your dosing needs Ongoing technical support for safe usage, dosing strategies, and storage protocols
